How do I get my source material to Zabre Technology?
You can either drop the source material at one of our collection depots, mail or courier the source material to us.

Will I get my source material back?
Yes, this is your property, we will return it together with your DVD copies.

What payment options do you offer?
You may charge your BBX account or credit card. You may also pay by cheque together with the delivery of your source material or direct transfer the payment to our bank account at the same time as delivery of your source materials.

Do you replicate copyright material?
Where the material that you wish to replicate is copyright, it is your responsibility to obtain permission from the copyright holder.

How will the DVD be returned to me?
By express post. If you prefer we can courier the completed DVD to you.

How long does it take to make the copy?
Generally, you can expect to receive your DVD around 7 to 10 days after we receive the source material from you.

How much does it cost to make a DVD?
This depends on the type, quality and quantity of the source material.
